Panasonic Assistant
Software is an exciting array of highly intuitive, feature rich Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)Productivity software
applications that are designed to drastically improve your
communication and help you get the most out of your
Panasonic
KXTDA Hybrid IP-PBX and KX-TDE Pure IP-PBX system.
The Phone Assistant Pro Series applications are a collection of
highly intuitive CTI applications that conveniently allow you to
use your PC in order to efficiently access a variety of PBX
features. PA Pro series applications combine the efficiency and
user-friendly nature of CTI applications with the convenience of
server-based applications, allowing User IDs, passwords and PBX
settings to be configured over a web browser.
By providing on-screen call related information like Caller ID,
and the calling party’s name, and allowing users to simply
point-and-click or use keyboard shortcuts to quickly handle
calls, users are able to do more in less time, increasing
personal productivity.
All applications, when used together, can significantly enhance
enterprise business productivity and help propel your business
to the next level.

PA handles the following functions:
- Making Calls/Answering Calls/Transfer call Direct
dialing/By Contact list -Contacts List (Easy
Dialing) The user can make a call easily using a
customizable contact list - Call History The user
can view his/her incoming and outgoing call
histories on a PC. - Presence The user can see the
status or Absent Message of other
extensions.- FWD/DND The user can easily
change the FWD/DND setting of his/her extension. -
Call Control (easily handle a call)

IP Camera Integration (Panasonic KX-BBSeries)
If a Panasonic IP Camera is available on the network,
images or video streaming from the IP camera can be
viewed using PA.
IP Soft phone
It is possible to use built-in IP Soft phone via an
IP-EXT card using PA without KX-NCS8100 (IP Soft phone).
The user can make a call directly from Outlook.
- Voice
Processing System Integration
(e.g. KX-TVA series)
The user can record a conversation to voice mail
automatically or manually. If a message is left on a
mail box, the message indication will be displayed on
PA.

about extensions can be monitored. - Making
Calls/Answering Calls A supervisor/operator can
make/answer a call from PA Status. - Redirecting
incoming calls to other extensions A

(Supervisor only) It is possible to view the
information on the call activity of other
extensions. - Report (Supervisor only) It is
possible to export the call histories of
monitored extensions to a CSV.- Barge In/Take
Over (Supervisor only) A supervisor can barge
into an ongoing conversation or take over a
call. - Listen In (Supervisor only) A supervisor
can listen in on an ongoing conversation.
